Our goal is to create a
worry free environment for the bride and groom.
To achieve this, we developed a customized wedding
reception planner that assists you in organizing
your wedding from start to finish. We offer
our years of experience in helping make any planning
decisions. On the big day, we then take the planner
information,
along with the personal conversations with the bride
and groom, and act as Master of Ceremonies,
coordinating all activities with the other vendors,
so you can relax and enjoy your day.

celebrating with your loved one and not to worry
about the details. We take it as our personal
responsibility to help facilitate the reception, to
allow the newlywed couple to enjoy their day with family and

Our
Most Popular Wedding Package
Includes:

5 Hours of Service
–
This typically breaks down to 2 hours for your
dinner and formalities and 3 hours for dancing,
but the time is very flexible. We
allow the reception to flow naturally and
react accordingly.

Set up and Ready to Go – We’ll arrive prior to any of your guests at
the reception location and be completely set
up and ready to go as your guests arrive.
Your guests will arrive with music already
playing in the background and we are happy
to help them locate the gift table,
cocktails, beverages or appetizers,
restrooms or make any needed announcements.

Full Announcements & Introductions –
We’ll
meet you at the door, coordinate your
wedding party and make your formal
announcement into the building. We keep you
and your guests informed of each activity
(cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss, etc.)
throughout the event. You relax and enjoy
your reception and mingle with your guests.

Wireless Mic for
Head Table
– Not only used for the toasts, but we also
encourage our new couple to thank their
family and guests for coming and celebrating
with them on their special day.

Customized
Reception Planner –
This will allow us to know what order you
want things to go at the reception and will
include all of your special songs.
We're
always available if you have any questions
or need suggestions about anything when
putting your planner together. With your Customized Reception
Planner, we work directly with
all other vendors, such as the
photographer, videographer and the caterer
to ensure the flow of the reception is
maintained.

We are very excited to be able to offer our
clients the highest quality product &
service. We can even customize a look and
feel specific to your requests, such as a
large lighting show or something simple, yet
elegant….it’s your choice and included in
